LO3 Be able to develop ideas by creating treatments or proposals and sample materials for two original products

It is important to have printed documentation when pitching to a prospective client because:
  • They will be able to remember you and your product easier by taking it away
  • It will show evidence of planning and preparation to your audience showing professionalism
  • Allows for interaction with the client
  • Helps you prepare for the pitch
  • Gives an alternative way of taking in the information
  • Use it in order to be organised
The Treatment
A treatment is a document that shows a client how you will address the brief that they have set. It will give key information as well as factors that will affect the production. It will show the client what they can expect in terms of delivery and audience.
